At Merq Vault, we want you to feel confident trying our product. This refund policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
Merq Vault offers a 45-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial, and you will never be automatically charged at the end of the trial period. You must actively choose to subscribe.
If you subscribe to Merq Vault and are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us at hello@getmerq.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining months of the subscription term. Your access will continue until the end of the billing period.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
To request a refund, email us at hello@getmerq.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will not be issued in cases of account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
